Shalby's Play House

A real preschool needed more than a brochure site. Shalby's Play House runs on prepaid packages of session hours, and tracking them — who booked what, which hours were used, when a package expires — was manual work. The build wraps the whole operation: a public landing page for parents discovering the school, and a management system behind it for everyone else.

Superadmins oversee every branch with a full activity log. Admins manage children, parents, teachers, time slots, and payments. Teachers see their day's sessions and write feedback, which admins review before it reaches the parent. Parents book sessions, watch a lesson-progression bar for each child, and reply to feedback — with the quirk that one child can belong to multiple parent accounts, because families actually work that way.

The core is the booking flow: admins publish capacity-limited time slots, parents book only a week ahead, double-booking is blocked, and every confirmed session deducts an hour from the child's package automatically. Packages expire a month after activation, used or not, and lessons advance with sessions — book the next session and the next lesson comes with it, adjustable when a lesson needs two visits.

It's live at shalbys.com under the Veltrion banner, with role-based access on Supabase auth, payments tracked in LKR, and daycare check-ins, events with guest registration, notifications, and messaging layered on since launch. The ongoing work is the long tail every real deployment grows: activity auditing, account lifecycle, and the polish requests that come from actual parents using it.
